Nursery bullies

Cameron has a bully. There is no other way to say it. She is 2, she follows him around, pulls his hair, and hits him on the head. She has had it out for him since the day she met him. I was in the nursery at church on Sunday and the bully took action. She had her hand out and was ready to get him. The other nursery workers have seen it, too. They know they have to keep a close eye on this little girl when Cam is in the nursery with her.
