Lilly's Anxiety
Lilly seems to be a little nervous about the move. We move in just 6 days. Our apartment is covered with boxes, newspaper, and empty shelves. She can't help herself. Sometimes she just stares at the boxes and looks nervous and sad. She has to paw every box that comes in to be filled. She seeks comfort from the empty bookshelf. Sometimes when there are too many boxes to look at, she's tired of pawing at them, she seeks refuge on the bottom shelf of the bookshelf and seems to be okay. This morning confirmed her apprehensiveness. I have a vase with some flowers on the dining room table. While we were sleeping, she must have gotten on the table, pulled out 1 single flower and placed it in front of a stack of boxes. She did come from the streets of Lincoln and moved a few times, so I understand her nervousness. I tried to explain to her that she is moving with us and fabby (her silk piece of fabric) can come, too. We'll see how it all pans out. She may need therapy.

my wife is silly
Missy, is it the cat that needs the therapy? Or could it possibly be you who should seek help? Also, when Lilly is pawing at the boxes she's probably trying to scratch them, but alas, she has no claws. Poor kitty.
Rachel-
You are just jealous because your cat only has 1 eye and cannot see to paw at boxes. He probably wouldn't be able to crawl into the bookshelf either. At least she can wag her tail when she is happy. Stubs can't even wag his tail because he doesn't have one!!!
He has a tail! Sure, it's only half a tail, but it is a tail nonetheless! You just worry about your crazy cat and her crippled paws!
You make me laugh! You love her, too!
Hey ask Jake if he wants to go to NYLC in Nashville this week. Randy and I are going and one of my sponsors is about to back out. It is only 295 plus food free stay. What a deal!
Pumkin Pie!
I wish I was going this year, but alas, I'm not a youth minister any more.
Hey, anytime you want me to catsit Mellisa, I'm in. I miss having a cat.
