Tell Me It Was For Halloween

Last night, Jake and I saw a woman who had fire orange hair. I know for sure that it was fire orange because she had a fire orange turtle neck on that matched it exactly. The question of the day is, "Does she always dye her hair that color?" Please tell me that it was because Halloween is her favorite holiday.
