What you are doing will make a difference

There are days when I feel inadequate at my job. I should have been more patient. I could have handled that situation differently. Am I helping this student be successful? Does he know that he is teaching me more than I am teaching him?

Yesterday, we had a specialist come into our classroom. She observed our class including the student I work with. She gave some great feedback and wonderful ideas. She also told me that what I am doing is going to make a huge difference in his life. It is amazing what a few words can do to a person's soul.
