I'm 210 posts short

Well, if I kept up with my original promise, I would have about 216 posts by now. I am close, but not close enough.

What a beautiful day. It makes me want to go buy a pumpkin and maybe some nice pumpernickel bread. Instead, Lilly and I are enjoying our afternoon sitting in our camp chairs on our patio. She is passed out. I don't know what she is going to do if we move into a place without a balcony.

I haven't had 1 sub job. I applied at a temp agency. Hopefully, I can get some work through them. I was offered a position with State Farm, but they wanted me to commit through January. I turned it down in hopes that we will be serving in a minsitry by then. I had to take about 1 1/2 hours of testing. It ranged from Math, Grammar, Spelling, Customer Service, Microsoft Word testing, and so one. I must say that I sort of had fun taking them. Jake teased me by saying that "Only a teacher would have fun taking these tests." Anyway, I will check with them after the weekend to see if I have any prospects.

I don't know if you have ever taken any typing tests on the internet. I practiced a couple of times before I went because I knew they would test me on that. That was pretty fun, too. I recommend that you try it for fun.

Have a fabulous weekend!
