If you didn't know, our TV that we got as a wedding gift has passed on. This television has just been in use for a little over a year. The sound went out and the picture was close behind. The good news is, it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. Not to fear, we broke out Jake's 17" TV that he got for 8th grade graduation. So we've gone down from the 27" to the 17".
It's been a week and a half and the "KTV" (thats the brand) has also passed on. It won't even turn on. After 12 attempts from several different outlets and angles the screen was still black. We had another backup, my 12" TV from college, but my parents have spared us from downsizing even further by letting us borrow one of their old TV's.
I don't understand what is happening in our apartment. Apparently it is a TV death zone. I warned my parents about letting us use theirs, but they insisted. Jake and I told them to bid their farewells, as it may be the last time they see it working properly.

Dear Natalie,
All is forgiven.
P.S.
I'm the only one who cares about you.
Everyone else is probably watching their big flat screen T.V.'s.
Just teasing!!!!!!
